行星滚柱丝杠副是一种可将旋转运动和直线运动相互转化的机械装置
随着未来飞行器和武器装备全电化的发展趋势以及石油、化工、机床等对大推力、高精度、高频响、长寿命直线作动装置的需求
近年来行星滚柱丝杠副成为国内外研究热点。对行星滚柱丝杠副的基本工作原理、现有5种结构形式的特点、应用领域及可能的失效模式进行了概述。从结构设计、力学分析和产品生产三方面总结了国内外研究现状和发展趋势。在此基础上
提出了未来研究和发展行星滚柱丝杠副的几个方向。
The planetary roller screw(PRS) is a mechanical transmission device that converting rotary motion into linear motion or vice versa
and it now has become the domestic and foreign research focus because of its characteristics of high-thrust
high-precision
high frequency response
and long life with the future development of all-electric aircraft and all-electric weapon
besides
the petroleum
chemistry industry and machine tool are also requirement.The basic working principle of PRS
the characteristics of five kinds of existing structure
application area and the most probable failure modes of PRS are introduced
and the research status and developmental trend of PRS from the aspects of the structure design
mechanics analysis and production manufacture are also summarized.Based on the summaries and related analysis
some suggestions are presented for future PRS research and development.
