The internal configuration and the structural parameters of the field modulated permanent magnetic gear is very complicated

there are so many parameters in calculating the magnetic circuit.Because of these

it’s very difficult to determine the dimension of every part of the gear.An Ansoft analysis model based on the operation principal of the gear is built to study the structural parameters’ impact on the gear’s transmission characteristics.The relationship between these parameters and the torque characteristics is analyzed in detail when the gear ratio was fixed.Then the synthesis optimization is executed here on the basis of the above results.
