dynamic characteristics is analyzed.Through static analysis

strain distribution about torque axis in the cutting motor power 3 times are got.According to the actual working conditions of the torque shaft for the transient analysis
the torque shaft stress
strain and torsion angle of the response in two extreme conditions are simulated.The protection effect is verified.Then it is compared about the results of static analysis and transient analysis.It provides reference and basis to further study of torque shaft.
