摘要

用Pro/E对大功率减速器的弧齿锥齿轮进行建模

并采用ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件

对其进行线性静力学分析和模态分析

得出了齿轮的固有频率和振型

为该减速器齿轮传动系统的动态设计提供了一定的参考。

Abstract

The three-dimensional model of spiral bevel gear of large power reducer is established based on Pro/E.The linear statics analysis and modal analysis are carried out by using ANSYS Workbench

and the natural frequency and vibration mode are obtained.The simulation results serve as a reference in dynamic design of gear transmission system.
