利用ADAMS/Car
建立了包括前后双纵臂空气悬架、转向系、车架、驾驶室、轮胎在内的整车多体系统动力学模型。利用该模型研究前后悬架横向推力杆的硬点布置、橡胶衬套刚度对整车侧倾角影响
利用ADAMS/Insight对后悬架纵向导向机构的硬点布置进行优化。为空气悬架在重型牵引车上的应用提供了设计参考。
Based on ADAMS/Car
a complete vehicle multi-body dynamic model is established
which includes front and rear suspension
steering system
frame
cab and tire etc.Based on this model
the influence of location of hard-point of lateral rod and the stiffness of rubber bushing of front and rear suspension on the roll angle
The location of hard-point of longitudinal rod is optimized
using ADAMS/Insight.It provides references for the design of guide mechanism of air suspension heavy-truck.
