摘要

模锻易拆链是一种应用于链式输送机的可拆式链条

在链式输送机中的主要功能是运载悬挂物件并传递动力

其性能与质量将直接影响输送机的质量

乃至输送线的正常运转。本文针对该链条的功能和使用工况进行了分析和探讨

对其结构进行了优化设计

使链条整体结构更加科学合理

提升了产品质量和使用性能。

Abstract

Drop forged rivetless chains is a detachable chain applied to chain conveyor.Its main function is carrying hanging objects and transmission power.The performance and quality will directly affect the quality and normal running of convey line.The chain function and service condition are analyzed and discussed.And the structure optimization design is carried out

so that the overall structure of the chain is more scientific and rational.The product quality and performance are improved.
