摘要

介绍了链板外形优化后的排样形式

应用国产氮气弹簧在单一冲压动作下

实现精密冲裁的3个基本动作

即压边、反压和冲裁

两级精冲的安排防止了废料堵塞

使得冲裁可以连续进行。突破了凸模镶嵌硬质合金的技术瓶颈

得到了优质链板冲件

提高了链条在高速下的耐磨性。

Abstract

The laying formation of the chain plates after optimization is introduced.With the application of nitrogen spring made in China

under the single stroke blanking

the 3 basic actions of precise blanking

which are material-positioning from upside

material-fixing from bottom and blanking.The 2-strokes precise blanking enables a continuous punching without jam of leftover material.For high grade chain plates

this technology breaks through the bottleneck of plunger mould-with-inlay of hard alloyed and the chain wear resistance under high speed application is improved.
