介绍了链板冲压模具的分类及各类模具的优缺点

讨论了模具设计上如何提高材料利用率、模具使用寿命和链板的内在质量等

并针对这些方面进行优化设计。通过实际生产的检验

结果表明这些优化设计是有效的

是切实可行的。

Abstract

The classification

merits and drawbacks of stamping die of chain plate are introduced.Methods to improve material use ratio

the life of stamping die and the inner quality of chain plate are discussed

and the optimization design for these respect are carried out.The result show that the optimization design is verified to be effective and feasible by engineering practice.
