Elastomer is a key component of high-elastic coupling
and the operating performance of high-elastic coupling is directly determined by its structure
materials and manufacturing processes. The mechanical property constant of the elastomer Mooney-Rivlin model of the high-elastic rubber alloy coupling is determined by experiments
moreover
the static torsional characteristic of the coupling are simulated and analyzed by using ABAQUS.The results of analysis show that the high-elastic rubber alloy coupling can overcome the existing shortcomings of current various couplings. It has a greater value of innovation in structural design
material selection and manufacturing processes. The methods are also practical in other applications.
