摘要

针对现有信号处理方法在齿轮箱故障诊断中的不足

将本征时间尺度分解算法（Intrinsic Time-scale Decomposition

ITD）应用到齿轮箱故障诊断中。首先介绍了ITD算法;然后将ITD算法应用到齿轮箱的故障诊断中

得到了正确的结论;最后将ITD算法与经验模式分解（EMD）算法进行了比较

结果表明

ITD算法在运算速度和抑制端点效应方面明显优于EMD方法。为齿轮箱的故障诊断提供了一种新的方法。

Abstract

Aiming at the shortcomings of current signal processing methods for fault diagnosis of gear box

the intrinsic time-scale decomposition（ITD） algorithm is used to diagnose the faults of gear box.To begin with

the ITD method is presented

then the ITD method is applied to the fault diagnosis of a defective gearbox and successfully obtained the correct conclusion.Finally

the ITD method is compared with the EMD method.The results show that

the ITD method has a clear advantage over the EMD method in increasing the computation speed and constraining the end point effect.A new method for the fault diagnosis of gear box is provided.
