摘要

利用ANSYS软件

进行了齿轮的参数化数学建模

对齿轮齿面温度进行了计算和分析;对渐开线齿轮的齿廓修形进行了介绍

并且计算了齿轮齿廓修形后的齿面温度

比较修形后和未修形齿轮齿面温度的计算结果

得出齿廓修形对齿轮齿面温度的影响。

Abstract

Parameterized mathematical modeling of gear is established and computation and analysis of the temperature of tooth surface are carried by ANSYS software.The profile modification of involute gear is introduced and the temperature of tooth surface after profile modification is computed.By the temperature of tooth surface of modified and comparing with un-modified gear ones

the influence of profile modification to temperature of tooth surface is given.
