摘要

通过对游梁抽油机驴头载荷分析

阐述了驴头现有设计中载荷选取存在的不足;鉴于有限宽度轴径油膜应力分布规律及绳轮机构受力分析方法

建立了合理的力学模型

推导出驴头和吊绳接触面载荷分布函数;运用有限元方法

分析了在两种不同分布载荷作用时驴头及相关部件设计的差异。实例计算及有限元分析表明

以余弦分布载荷计算与实际更为接近

确保了设计中的合理性。

Abstract

The shortage of loading in design of horse head is indicated by analysis.Based on the distribution disciplinarian of Oil film stress of the limited width axis-diameter and mechanical analysis method of wheel to rope

the reasonable mechanical model is set up

the load distribution function on the interface of wheel to rope is deduced.When two different distribution of load is loaded

the difference in design of the horse head and the related components is given.By FEA

the cosine distribution of load is more reasonable and more credibility in during of design.
