摘要

提出一种类似齿轮传动而非齿轮传动的新型滚子链传动方式。该新型滚子链传动方式设计简单、取材方便

制造、维修成本低

安装精度要求不高

经济便宜。融合了传统滚子链传动和齿轮传动的大部分优点

可用于搅拌滚筒、干燥滚筒、物料输送等非标单件生产场合

有一定的推广价值

该滚子链传动的新方式的提出可以为机械设计和机械维修提供参考和技术支持。

Abstract

A new drive way of roller chain is presented

which is rather similar to gear.The design is simple

materials accessible

low manufacture

maintenance costs

and low demand of installing precision

economic and cheap.The most advantages of traditional roller chain drive and gear are combined in the new drive way.It can be used for the occasion of mixing drum

drying drum

material handling

and so on non-standard single production

and has a certain value of promotion.The reference and technical support for mechanical design and mechanical maintenance is provided by this study.
