the requirements of bending fatigue strength of gear teeth are increasingly high.Combined with the equation of tooth profile and the ANSYS Parametric Design Language(APDL)
the parameterization finite element model of gear that is generated by two different types of gear cutting tool is carried out.And then the bending fatigue strength of gear teeth that is generated by two different types of gear cutting tool are calculated and analyzed by using the ANSYS/FE-SAFE software.The verification results show that the cutting tool with single arc can improve the bending fatigue strength of gear teeth compare with the cutting tool with double arc.
