The target is connected with electric engine by transmission mechanism
such as connecting rod
spindle and so on.The system is used to convert and transfer the power that produced by engine.The power finally acts on the target plate and makes it work.The finite element model of connecting rod structure is established by using APDL based on ANSYS software.The stress distribution in the connecting rod structure is obtained
and the result is conform to the fatigue area in actual use.According comparing and analysis of calculation result with actual use
the improvement scheme of connecting rod structure is proposed.In actual application
the optimized connecting rod structure is avoid break failure of original scheme
