摘要

参照渐开线圆柱齿轮接触静强度计算方法

提出点线啮合齿轮接触静强度计算方法。在接触静强度最大接触应力计算中

提出两种情况下的计算方法。修正了接触静强度最大接触应力计算公式

增加了考虑凹凸齿廓接触情况的两个系数（凹凸齿廓接触线长度变化系数和单对齿C点载荷系数）。

Abstract

Referencing contact static strength calculation methods of involute cylindrical gear

contact static strength calculation methods of point-line meshing gear is put forward.Calculation methods are proposed in two conditions about the maximal contact stress of contact static strength.A amendment calculation formula is given about the maximal contact stress of contact static strength.A line of contact variation factor of concave convex tooth profile and load factor of single tooth C point are added.Load-bearing effect is reflected by them.
