摘要

根据齿轮传动中各种系统误差

建立了2K—H行星传动系统中各构件的运动学方程

进一步得到系统弹性动力学微分方程

建立系统动力学模型

推导动力学系统的总体刚度矩阵

建立行星轮上载荷与各种系统误差的关系式

分析了各种位置误差对行星轮上载荷分配的影响状况

计算了各行星轮上的均载系数。

Abstract

Basing on the system errors

the kinematics equations are found for the component in the 2K—H planetary transmission system

the elasticity dynamics differential equation and dynamics model are gained.Systemic total stiffness matrix is computed and function relation between system errors and planet gear load are found.The influence is analyzed of position errors to planet gear load sharing

and the load sharing coefficients of each planet gear are calculated.
