弧面凸轮分度机构间隙给机构带来冲击和振动。运用VC++生成弧面凸轮廓面数据
在Pro/E环境下读取廓面数据创建了凸轮三维实体
通过Mechanism/Pro接口把模型导入ADAMS建立虚拟样机模型
并进行动力学仿真。通过仿真证实:因为间隙的存在
分度盘角加速度不连续
机构有较大的冲击
负载转动惯量对分度盘的影响随着凸轮转速的增大而增大。
Profile surface data of cam is generated by Visual C++
the entity model is built in Pro/E and transformed into a virtual prototype in Adams through interface Mechanism/Pro
at last
the motion simulation is carried out.It is proved that clearance existing in globoidal cam brings impact and vibration
and angular acceleration of the indexing plate is not continuous
and the effect of the moment of inertia of the load is increased with higher cam speed.
