sliding rate and other parameters are deviated from common involute meshing pairs
and the meshing efficiency calculation formula is also different with the common involute meshing pairs.Calculation characteristics and influencing factors of conical involute gears
such as the influence of the modification coefficient on the contact ratio and mating efficiency in conical involute gears are analyzed.Based on this
a new method for calculating the efficiency is proposed.Calculation and analysis of meshing efficiency are carried out by some examples
and the impact factors of cone angle
rack tool inclining angle and transverse contact angle to meshing efficiency are analyzed.
