摘要

针对自组织特征映射神经网络（SOM）在多振动故障诊断中出现的不能对所有可能故障完整分类和明显区分的缺点

提出基于粒子群算法优化的SOM神经网络。利用粒子群优化算法易实现、收敛快等优点

对SOM神经网络的参数进行优化

并用优化后的SOM神经网络对轴系故障进行仿真诊断。仿真诊断结果表明

粒子群算法优化的SOM神经网络比SOM神经网络具有更好的聚类效果。

Abstract

For various vibration faults diagnosis of shaft

the deficiency of full classification and obvious distinguish by using Self-organizing Feature Map（SOM） network is analyzed and a SOM Neural Network algorithm based on Particle Swarm Optimization（PSO） is presented.Being easy to realize

fast to convergence

the parameters are optimized by the algorithm and vibration faults diagnosis of the shaft system is simulated by the optimized SOM Neural Network.The diagnostic results of the instance show that it has better classifying results than that of ROM Neural Network.
