摘要

基于Pro/E、MATLAB、ADAMS和ANSYS联合建立了采煤机截割部的刚柔耦合振动模型

利用ADAMS/Vibration模块进行振动分析

识别出截割部模态参数以及容易被激发的振型。结合滚筒转速、硫化铁包裹体尺寸以及截齿排列形式

识别出引起截割部较大振动的截齿位置。为截割部薄弱环节以及截齿的优化提供了理论依据。

Abstract

Rigid-flex coupled vibration model of the shearer ranging arm is established based on the software of Pro/E

MATLAB

ADAMS and ANSYS.The modal parameter and the easily aroused modal shape of the ranging arm are distinguished by the ADAMS/ Vibration.The position of the shearer pick caused more bigger vibration of the ranging arm is distinguished.According to the rotating speed of the roller

the size of the iron sulfide inclusions and the arrangement forms of the shearer pick.The theoretic basis for the optimizing of the shearer pick and the ranging arm’ weak link is provided.
