以新型混合式多级串行行星齿轮减速器为研究对象
利用Solid Works和ADAMS联合建模的方法构建其动力学模型
采用Step函数对该模型定义运动和施加载荷并进行动力学仿真
可以实时动态地观察各部件的相对运动关系
并能实时准确地测量各构件的瞬时运动结果
对关键部件进行FFT变换得到齿轮啮合力的时域曲线图和频域曲线图
将其时域规律和频域规律与理论分析相比较
二者基本吻合。
Taking the new hybrid multi-stage serial planetary gear reducer as research object
the dynamics model is constructed using the joint modeling methods
defined movement relationship and applied load for the model using Step function
dynamic simulation is carried out.The relative motion among the various components can be real-timely and dynamically observed
and the instantaneous motion results of each components can be real-timely measured.By FFT transform to the key components
the curves in time domain and frequency domain about meshing force are obtained.Compared with the theoretical analysis results
the simulation results and theoretical analysis results are consistent.
