摘要

液压机械转向机构在重型履带式车辆转向机构中有着重要的应用。分析了液压机械转向机构的基本原理

经过推导计算得出了其转向模型的数学表达式

找出了影响其转向半径的几个重要因素和几种转向临界状况。在此基础上利用AMESim仿真软件进行建模分析

验证了液压机械转向机构的转向特性

为履带车辆转向机构的选型及改进提供了帮助。

Abstract

Hydraulic mechanical steering mechanism has important applications in the steering mechanism of heavy crawler vehicles.The basic principles of hydraulic mechanical steering are analyzed

mathematical expression of steering model

several critical condition and factors which impct turning radius are found.Based on this analysis

steering characteristics of the mechanism are obtained by using simulation software AMESime

it provided assistance for the selection of tracked vehicle steering mechanism.
