Abstract
The metal belt continuously variable transmission(CVT) driven by direct current motor is more efficient than that driven by electric-hydraulic system
the part number is less and the response speed and control accuracy of speed ratio is improved.The mathematical model of CVT of actuator and speed ratio changing are built based on electric drive CVT structure analysis and dual closed loop controller with fuzzy logic control and PI control is designed.Simulation results show that ratio control performance of CVT driven by DC motor is excellent and satisfied with vehicle driving.
