摘要

蜗杆传动机构作为一种结构紧凑的减速机构在大速比场合应用广泛。但一般计算转矩时通常只考虑蜗轮蜗杆匀速传动的场合

而不适用于加速与制动时的情形。特别是在以惯性载荷为主的伺服系统中

其加、减速时的转矩不同于常规稳态转矩。文中首次采用由理论转矩计算出的实际转矩可以精确地控制系统

尤其是在蜗杆传动机构用于伺服系统加、减速时

性能良好。

Abstract

As a compact deceleration body

worm transmission mechanism is widely used in large ratio occasions.But calculating the torque is always in accordance with the situation in which the worm runs at a constant speed

and not apply to accelerating and braking situation.Particularly in the inertial load to the servo-based system

the torque of accelerating and decelerating is different from that of steady-state.The actual torque

firstly calculated by the theory

can control the system accurately

especially when the worm transmission mechanism is accelerating and decelerating in the servo-based system

and the performance is very good.
