摘要

以弹性力学中的空间轴对称问题和圆柱壳体问题为理论基础

根据无矩理论和有矩理论

推导出薄壁圆筒问题的变形和应力计算公式

在此基础上计算出内套变形与应力的理论值

并将理论值与有限元计算值进行验证比较

证明所推导的理论公式的正确性

为液压安全联轴器的内套设计提供依据。

Abstract

Based on the theory of space axis symmetric and hollow cylinder problem in elasticity

the formulas of deformation and stress in thin cylinder are derived with nonbending and bending theory.Hence

the theoretical calculation of lining deformation and stress is calculated.The FEA calculation is contrasted with the result of the theoretical calculation and it indicates that theoretical formula derived is right.The theoretical basis of the hydraulic safety coupling lining design is provided.
