基于环保型捆扎纸带
设计出与之匹配的送胶、切胶机构。由于热熔胶本身厚度较小
且有弹性
如用类似于切捆扎带的刀具将其剪断
则不能顺利实现切胶。热熔胶较高温度下易发生粘结
故而出厂时在其表面附有一层防粘膜
因此
在进行粘合之前
必须设法将其去除。基于以上要求
设计出胶带的烫切机构完成切胶
可使热熔胶片在带头准确定位
实现了定点、定量上胶。而后
刀具回撤
规避了与切带、烫合等后续动作的空间干涉。
Based on the paper tape of environment-friendly packing bank machine
the matched mechanism to send and cut the paper tape is designed.The hot cement is thin and elastic
using the same cutting tool as cutting paper belt can’t snip the belt
and cut hot cement tape smoothly.The hot cement is easy to cohere in high temperature
so the release film is put on the surface before leave factory.Therefore
we must try to wipe off it before glued.According to the requirements above
scald and cut mechanism which could achieved cutting action and accurate positioning on the paper belt is designed
thus it could accomplish fixed point and fixed amount gluing.After that
the cutting tool retraced
and the interfering between cutting tool and follow-up action is avoided.
