摘要

设计了一种离心式无损密封结构。利用密封介质进入密封间隙随回转轴上的密封盖和甩油环高速转动时产生离心力大于其重力的特性

实现对机械回转式传动结构相对运动部位的密封

解决了用密封圈等常规密封方法易磨损和渗漏油难题。

Abstract

A centrifugal nondestructive sealing structure is designed.The seal of the relative motion position of the mechanical rotary structure is realized by the characteristic

the centrifugal is bigger than gravity when the sealing medium rotated with sealing cover and oil ring in a high speed enters into seal gap.The problems of wear and oil leakage of the common sealing method are solved.
