摘要

以断裂齿轮为对象

分析了设计、制造、使用三个阶段和材料对齿轮断裂的相关影响因素

试图逐步建立齿轮断裂影响因素全集。对三个阶段和材料对齿轮断裂的主要影响因素的影响机制进行分析

并为改善齿轮的生命期质量提出了建议。

Abstract

Based on the statistic of the sample data of gear fracture

the influence factor of design

manufacture

service three phases and material of shafts on the broken gears are analyzed.It is attempted to found the universal set of the influence factor.The main influence factor in three phrases and material and the influence mechanism of them on the fracture of gear is discussed.The suggestion for improving the quality of gear in life cycle is presented.
