Workpiece turnover device is an important part of automatic production line
design quality is directly influence on the level of automatic production line.Mechanical structure of workpiece turnover device for stiffness automatic production line is discussed.By use of the gear-rack transmission combining hydraulic transmission system
the workpiece turnover is achieved.Hydraulic transmission system of the workpied turnover device is designed
its working principle is analyzed.The results show that workpiece turnover is achieved well by using hydraulic transmission system controlling the motion of mechanical device and combining PLC and computer control.The hydraulic turnover device has the characters of simple structure
low inertia and control easily.It has wide application prospect in automatic production.
