摘要

以弧面分度凸轮工作轮廓面方程为基础

基于MATLAB和Pro/E提出了弧面分度凸轮空间轮廓曲面三维实体建模的一种新方法。通过MATLAB语言编程

在MATLAB中计算出相应的坐标点

利用Pro/E4.0中的曲线命令生成曲线

再生成曲面

然后将曲面合并

最后利用实体化命令

将已经合并的曲面进行实体化

生成实体特征。与现有的编程法相比

该方法简单易懂

设计方便

通用性好

可显著提高弧面凸轮三维建模的效率。

Abstract

A new spatial contour surface 3D solid modeling method of globoidal indexing cam based on MATLAB and Pro/E

on the basis of profile surface equation of globoidal indexing cam is presented.The corresponding coordinate points

which can be calculated by sample programming of MATLAB language and the curves and surfaces is generated by using curve command in Pro/E4.0.Then the surfaces can be merged and materialized by materialized command.Compared with the present programming methods

this method has the follow traits as simple and easy to understand

convenient to design

good generality

and can significantly improve the efficiency of globoidal cam 3D modeling.
