摘要

在给定行程速比系数下

进行最大传动角曲柄摇杆机构的研究与设计。分析机构构件间的几何关系

建立最小传动角的隐函数表达式

对该隐函数应用极值法进行求解

导出最大传动角的表达式

并给出了设计实例。研究与设计的结果为设计出最优传动性能机构提供了一种有效的方法

并为机构的优化设计提供了一定的依据。

Abstract

In a given stroke speed ratio coefficient

maximum transmission angle of the crank-rocker mechanism is studied and designed.Geometric relationship between components is analyzed

and the function expression of minmum tramsmission angle is established

extreme value method is applied to solve the implicit function

maximum transmission angle expression is derived

design example is given.The result of research and design provides an effective way to design the optimal transmission performance mechanism and the basis of mechanism of optimal design is provided.
