讨论了双质量飞轮的结构及工作原理
分析了双质量飞轮降低变速箱输入轴扭转振动的理论基础;然后在Excite多体动力学软件中建立了带有双质量飞轮的发动机轴系仿真分析模型
并进行了仿真分析;最后
通过比较仿真结果与试验结果
发现双质量飞轮不仅能有效降低输入变速箱的转速波动
还能提高汽车舒适性
降低曲轴前段的扭转振动。
The structure and operational principle of dual mass flywheel are discussed
and torsional vibration of the speed gearbox input shaft is analysed. Then
the engine crankshaft train simulation model is established based on Excite
and at the same time
the simulation analysis is carried out. At last
simulation and test results show that the dual mass flywheel not only could effectively decrease speed irregularity of gearbox input shaft
but also promote vehicle comfort and reduce crankshaft torsional vibration.
