根据实际生产过程中齿轮的设计需要以及渐开线齿廓的形成原理与齿轮啮合原理
建立非圆齿轮齿廓曲线的数学模型。以椭圆齿轮为例
结合MATLAB和Pro/E进行椭圆齿轮的全参数化设计
首先在MATLAB编程环境下进行曲线模型的编制
生成符合Pro/E格式的.IBL文件
进一步导入Pro/E实现非圆齿轮的三维参数化建模。设计结果表明
利用MATLAB和Pro/E进行的参数化非圆齿轮设计可以达到设计周期更短、尺寸更精确的目标。
Based on the actual design of gear during the production process
as well as the formation principle of involute profile and gear meshing principle
the mathematical model of a noncirle gear tooth profile is set up. Based on MATLAB and Pro/E
the whole parametric design of the gear is carried out. First of all
in the MATLAB programming environment
the curve is programmed
IBL document consistent with the Pro/E format is generated and imported into Pro/E
then three-dimensional parametric modeling of gear is achieved. The design result shows that parametric design cycle is shorter.
