Kineto-Elastodynamic model for the over-constrained system of the Schmidt Offset Coupling is established. That Kineto-elastodynamic model could be either simplified as a Kineto-elastostatic model to analyze the deformation and the inner forces is demonstrated
and the natural frequency can be calculated directly. Then the process is carried out by the Ansys static-structural analysis and the mode analysis on the relevant FEM model. Thus the foundation of the further machine analysis is settled and the theory guidance for designing and installation is provided too. Kineto-Elastostatic analysis based on the FEM method provides a new way for the static analysis of the over-constrained system.
