The method of self-adaptive dynamic mutual-lapping of cylindrical gears is presented at the first time.Compared with the traditional lapping of gear
this method is a kind of dynamic self-adaptive meshing course
the advantages of which is easy to operate with a highly efficiency.The mechanism of self-adaptive mutual-lapping has been investigated
which dynamic model is set up.The solution of the corresponding dynamic equation has been carried out by 4-order Runge-Kutta.Finally
the numerical simulation on the dynamic lapping force has been done by MATLAB programming.
