摘要

将求取斜航式法向圆弧锥齿轮副瞬时啮合点的问题转化为两齿轮之间沿终结运动方向对应点转角的最小值问题

提出了仿真分析方法。以一对斜航式法向圆弧锥齿轮副为例

分析存在轴交角误差时

齿轮副接触区域的变化情况

绘制了齿面接触区域

并进行了齿轮副接触区域的运转试验。运转试验结果与仿真结果基本一致

证明了仿真方法的正确性和可行性。

Abstract

The question of finding instantaneous mesh point is converted into minimum value between two gears in the final motion and simulation analysis algorithm is put forward.Taking one pair of gears for example

change of contact areas are analyzed when crossed axes angle error exists

contact areas are drawn and operation experiment of contact areas is conducted.The result of the operation experiment and the simulation result are coincident approximately

and it indicates that this emulation method is correct and feasible.
