摘要

ZG80齿轮箱是石化行业进口的在离心设备上用作差动机构的行星齿轮箱。在使用过程中曾出现两次不能转动的故障

两次故障都是一级行星机构损伤严重。从齿轮设计参数入手

找出设计缺陷

进行了针对性的改进

使用效果良好。

Abstract

The ZG80 gear box is an imports planetary gear box which using as differential attachment on centrifugal equipment in the petrochemical industry.A planetary body is serious injury in two can not be turned failures which appeared in the course of using.The design flaws is found from gear design parameters start.The gear box is in perfect operation after some targeted improvement.
