Numerical method of Finite Element is applied to build finite element model with different gap
the distribution of magnetic flux density along the radius under different current intensity of the circular plate MRF transmitting device is analyzed
the relation between the magnetic flux density and radius is determined by analyzing
handling and fitting the result data.The fitting expression is substituted in the calculation formula of torque.the curves between the output torque and gap under different intensity is done in the end.The influence of the change gap and current intensity on the MRF transmission is analyzed
which is based on the relation between torque and gap.Finally the simple empirical relationship of transmission torque calculated according to current and gap is received
and the error analysis shows that the empirical formula has sufficient accuracy for the project application.
