The mathematical model of non-circular gear crank-rocker mechanism is established
and the dynamic characters of this organization are analyzed.Taking the energy saving as a starting point
the design method applicable to the beam pumping unit of non-circular gear pairs is proposed.Based on the theory

the simulation of the kinematics characteristic and dynamic characteristic is carried on to compare with the non-circular gear drive reducer pumping unit and the convention gear drive reducer by MATLAB software
and the accuracy of theoretical analysis is confirmed.
