The virtual assembly and kinematics of ATV(All Terrain Vehicle) motorcycle gear box are accomplished by using Pro/E Wildfire3.0 and Pro/Mechanism.With the assembly plan and the interference checking
the property of assembly for optimization is achieved.The kinematics analysis is used to dynamic interference checking.In addition to
the curve of speed
acceleration and displacement for the characteristic of kinematics is obtain by analyzing some part.The result of measure is the data for dynamics.
