研究了获得大传动比的复合轮系中其中一排为变位齿轮时
各轮齿数的关系。并通过CAD优化设计
确定了获得最大传动比时
计算各轮的最佳齿数所需要的特性参数K和齿数差x2=z3-z6、x3=z2-z4三者之间的关系。还提供了最大传动比及部分齿数的较大传动比
可供设计者选用。
The relationship among each gear number of teeth for compound gear train with large transmission is studied
which includes a row of profile shift gear. Using method of CAD optimization design
the relationship among the characteristic parameter k for calculation of each gear optimum number of teeth
teeth difference x2=z2-z6
and x3=z2-z4 is determined. For selection of planner
the maximum transmission ratio and some larger transmission ratios of compound gear train are also provided.
