The solid models of in volute gear are created in the three-dimensional software.The assembly model of 2K-H type planetary gear mechanism is completed
and then it is led into ADAMS.The restrictions of assembly model are appended.Based on the Hertz elasticity impact theory
the contact forces between gears are built.The mesh of gears is realized.The efficiency of planetary gear mechanism is analyzed in different working mode.The correctness of theory efficiency formula is validated.It is offered a new way of research for future that the virtual prototype technology is simulated the planetary gear mechanism’s efficient.
