摘要

以模糊可靠度分析为理论依据

建立了行星齿轮传动接触强度和弯曲强度的模糊可靠性模型。结合实例

研究了中心距、模数、极限应力等因素对接触强度和弯曲强度模糊可靠性和安全系数的影响。同时通过大量的计算数据

分析了模糊可靠度与安全系数的关系。

Abstract

According to the theory of fuzzy reliability analysis

the reliability model is developed for contact strength of tooth surface and bending strength of tooth root of planetary gear transmission.The effects of the center distance

the module and the limit stress of contact strength and bending strength are studied through some examples.At the same time

based on a large number of calculated data

the relationship between fuzzy reliability level and safety factor is analyzed.
