为了提高面齿轮的传动质量

综述了面齿轮国内外研究动态

分析了面齿轮的变位原理

建立了面齿轮的齿宽数学模型

对面齿轮的变位进行了可视化三维仿真建模和抗弯曲能力分析

该研究对提高面齿轮机构的传动质量

提高面齿轮的抗弯曲能力

具有十分重要的意义。

Abstract

In order to improve the transmission quality of face-gear

the research status about face-gear at home and abroad are summarized

the addendum modification theory of face-gear is analyzed

a mathematical tooth-width model and a visual three-dimension simulation model of face-gear are built

and the resistance of tooth root load capacity is analyzed.The research has great significance to improve the transmission quality and tooth root load capacity for face-gear.
