介绍新、旧国家齿轮标准齿面接触斑点质量评定方法并加以比较

列举齿轮加工、装配中几种齿面接触斑痕的形式并进行专业分析

指出这几种齿面接触斑点和传动噪声的关系

提请专业人员根据齿面接触斑痕形成的原因

采取相对应的质量控制方法。

Abstract

The evaluation method of the gear tooth sueface contact pattern and the new and old definition of the tooth surface contact pattern are introduced and compared.The evaluation method of the gear tooth surface contact pattern is proposed.Forming reason for some kinds of the tooth contact pattern are analyzed

and control method is given.
