摘要

提出了一种新型摆动活齿传动机构

即双内齿廓或双外齿廓摆动活齿传动机构

分别给出结构简图并进行了原理介绍;给出了摆动活齿与中心轮啮合的运动副元素中心运动轨迹曲线的两种方程

对此运动副元素中心运动轨迹的包络曲线进行了理论分析

从而得出了中心轮齿廓曲线方程;对此机构的优缺点进行了评估。

Abstract

A new kind of swing movable tooth transmission mechanism with double internal tooth profile

or double external tooth profile is designed.Its structural stetch is given and the principle of movement is introduced.Then two types of parametric equations of the center track of movable tooth joint element which mesh with center gear are obtained

and the theory study on the envelope curve of the track is carried out

and the center gear tooth profile curve equation is obtained

the characteristics

the merits and shortages of the mechanism are introduced.
