摘要

介绍了国家标准GB/T11362-2008中关于梯形齿同步带传动额定功率P的计算公式;按照微分学中求函数极值的法则

推导出最大额定功率Pmax和相应的最佳带速vopt的计算公式;计算了啮合齿数系数KZ=1时

7种梯形齿同步带在不同带宽下的最佳带速和对应的最大额定功率

并制订出数据表。

Abstract

Firstly the calculation formula of power rating of trapezoidal toothed synchronizing belt drive system in the national standard GB/T 11362-2008 is introduced

secondly the formulae of maximum power rating Pmax and corresponding optimum belt velocity υopt are derived with rules in differential calculus

and then the optimum belt velocity and maximum power rating of seven types of trapezoidal toothed synchronizing belt drive system with different belt widths are calacuated when the coefficient of engagement tooth profile is 1

lastly the corresponding tables are given out.
