摘要

圆弧齿廓外齿轮和直线齿廓内齿轮都可以通过磨削加工解决内齿轮副硬齿面的加工问题

用圆弧齿廓替代与直线齿廓内齿轮啮合的外齿轮齿廓会引起啮合传动误差

通过误差分析

提出了其误差计算公式

以该啮合传动误差为最小作为目标函数

对直线—圆弧齿廓内齿轮副齿形进行了优化设计

结果表明齿形误差仅为几微米。

Abstract

Arc outer gear and rectilinear teeth inner grinding for hard tooth-face of annular gear pair can make gear.It will cause the error of matching if arc teeth replace the outer gear of matching internal gear pair in rectilinear teeth profile

the calculating of the error will be inferred.The minima of the error of matching is taken for the objective function

and the teeth profile of rectilinear-arc teeth profile in annular gear pair is optimized

the error of teeth profile only is several micron.
