After studying the method and characteristic for typical fault of bearing
a method based on virtual instrumentation and shock pulse method(SPM) is proposed.Firstly
the principle of SPM is analyzed in detail
and the fault diagnosis system based on the virtual instrument platform-Lab VIEW is developed.Then
the fault signal of a type 6350 bearing installed on ADBE-56-N4 electric machine is measured in the laboratory to verify the SPM and the system presented above.The result indicate that it can accurately analyze and diagnose the fault feature of rolling bearing
while lowering the system cost and cubage.The practical application will have a good future.
